Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to innovate, lead, and grow successful ventures across diverse industries. In the past four years, Konrad has transitioned into the property investment sector, where he has applied his extensive business acumen to identify and develop high-potential real estate opportunities. His deep market knowledge and strategic mindset have enabled him to establish himself as a respected figure in the industry.
Stephanie Williams is a dedicated property investor and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of family and holiday lets. As a founding team member of the Manchester and Northwest Property Network, she helps organise key events in the industry. Her business ventures range from construction to hair, beauty, and fashion. Skilled in contract negotiation, NRSWA supervision, health and safety, risk assessments, marketing and customer service/sales. Stephanie is passionate about property and personal development. She thrives on high energy, fitness, and empowering others, but her greatest achievement is single handedly raising two wonderful children.
Clive Cass has been a successful property investor for nearly 20 years, specialising in Family Buy-To-Lets and Houses of Multiple Occupation, while also having a comprehensive understanding of various other property investment strategies. Additionally, he has run his own Accountancy & Tax practice for over 30 years, focusing on serving landlords, builders, and associated trades, along with a diverse range of other businesses. Clive is known for his proactive approach, dedicated to helping investors and clients enhance their personal wealth by boosting profits and minimising taxes.
